John Webler has the worse customer service person John webler was rude, treated me like I was bothering him. Refused to call me back after leaving 2 messages for him. Which ultimately lead me to have John webler was rude, treated me like I was bothering him. Refused to call me back after leaving 2 messages for him. Which ultimately lead me to have return to the service department 3 days in a row. I gave this dealership a try and regret it. The only reason I decided to get the 2nd service done there was because I was able to move to a new service advisor Joel Turner. To finish my experience the technician that did my oil change and tire rotation lost my key for my locking lug nuts. So sad to say I will not ever return to braeger Chevy for any reason besides to pick up my new set of locking lug nuts. The only decent person I dealt with was Joel Turner. More

Fine with the exception of the wait I just had my oil changed but I was there for about an hour total (I was about 15 minutes early). I saw my car come out and get parked after about 30 I just had my oil changed but I was there for about an hour total (I was about 15 minutes early). I saw my car come out and get parked after about 30 minutes after my scheduled time but nobody came to let me know it was done or anything. After about 10 minutes I went to ask one of the gentlemen about my car but he wasn’t the one who originally checked me in so he apparently couldn’t help. After about another 5 minutes someone called me over to check me out. It was fine because I had studying to do anyway, but I just wonder how long it would have taken if I hadn’t had to go up and request to pay. More
