My family will be going on a vacation in july. Seven of us will be driving from Wisconsin to Southern California. I changed the front 3 spark plugs and wires, but the rear ones are a real treat. Scott said no problem, the mechanics changed the rear plugs and wires, changed the fuel filter, did a 2 wheel alignment, and checked out my rear brakes.I called around 3 other dealers before coming here and Braegers price was the same or cheaper than the others. What made me choose Braeger was Scotts friendly and easy to talk to personality. He listened to my needs and met them with my 100% satisfaction.All the Techs that worked on my vehicle hustled to get me on my way.I was in and out in about an hour and a half.I have waited that long to get my vehicle in at other dealerships despite having an appointment! I will be telling others to try them. More

I live a pretty good distance from Braeger so I didn't want to have to run back and forth between my home and the dealership. Leo took care of everything before I even set foot in the dealership. He and I communicated through e-mail and a little by phone and he was very prompt with his responses. The first and only time I went to the dealership I drove away with my new car. I was very pleased with the buying process and the customer service I received. With their inventory they also had the lowest price for the vehicle I was looking for. I would highly recommend Braeger Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a car. More

The reason I bought a 3rd GM product was the dealership. My first purchase was a HHR and I had trouble with the power steering. After being disappointed from a dealer down the street I stopped by Braeger Chevrolet to see if they had anything to offer in the used car area. He knew not only features about the car but he had some history about the car make a model and what parts were upgraded from previous years. They gave me more for my trade in then what Kelly Book was offering. They work at getting into payments into my price range and didn't come back way over then what I told them I can afford. The finance manager was extremely friendly and I walked out of their showroom with my new car within a few hours. I would go back there without thinking twice. More
