I met Scott when I came in for an oil change. He was very friendly and explained everything to me, and completed my service in a very timely manner. When I walked into the dealership Doug was right at the door to welcome me. He even opened the door for me. He was really excited to put me into a car. He worked very hard to get me into my car. I never got this experience from the other 2 dealerships where I went before I went to Braeger. We talked we waited whereas the other 2 dealerships just left me by myself and would check on me every once in a while. The banks were giving me a hard time because the other 2 dealerships asked everyone for a car loan where Braeger only asked a few. They quoted me really high but when it came down at the end it was $50 less a month then they originally thought. Thank you so much for the great experience and I appreciate all your help!
