We tried to address and resolve the issues that this consumer had with us...but never heard back from them. We have always been an organization that values its customers. We're human, we make mistakes, but how a company handles their mistakes is what seperates them from the rest. Braeger Chevrolet wrote on 4/20/2011 12:56:09 PM: Thanks for your reply, and feedback. With your help, I would like to take a closer look into your concerns. You mentioned: -poor service for the past 5 years -Roman not being truthful -the $1.00 oil change -extended warranty issues In an effort to avoid making the customer services mistakes going forward, I am asking for your help.
