I have purchased 9 vehicles in my lifetime and until buying this truck, I spent a lot of time on the internet finding what I wanted for fear of high pressure sales tactics and sales tricks, and then spending as little time at the dealership as possible (get in and get the xxxx out!). This was based in large part on prior dealership experiences. My experience buying from Judd, and working with both Jim and Sarah really changed my mind. I can honestly say that I will likely keep in touch with Judd to see what's coming down the line. In addition, I will definitely be making my next purchase/trade-in etc... through Judd. The whole process of getting insurance involved was taking longer than expected, and I was already sitting on my 3rd week of a rental car. Looking for a car is never fun, and I was getting quite tired of the time spent looking online after a long day at work. I came across a used car from Braeger Chevrolet that seemed too good to be true. Granted, it was an '03 Hyundai, but heck, the car I had to replace was an '03 (Chevy). The car facts listed on the website explained how great of condition the car was in for it's age, not having been in any accidents, and all of the needed checkups and replacements. For being 10 years old, I was amazed the car was under 100,000 miles. While I felt the price was a bit cheap for what they were listing, I thought I'd go give it a test drive. I stopped in at Braeger at met John, who was very friendly right off the bat. I have heard stories of car salesmen just trying to sell, but John was real laid back about as I explained my situation. I could have made up a story about how I was just 'looking around', but I liked John and decided to tell him exactly what my predicament was. I was given an opportunity to test drive the vehicle. I remember it was raining that day, as I was glad to give the breaks a good test coming to the intersections. When I returned awhile later, I told John everything in the car looked great, felt great, etc. I still wasn't exactly sold on the price, as I was really wanted to stay under the amount I was given for my old car. John was willing to negotiate a fair amount and I was told that I could pick the car up the next day! I met with John the following day back at the main Braeger store and the rest is history! More

Braeger Chevrolet Provies Excellent Car Buying Experience Up until now, I have absolutely hated buying cars. It was kind of a necessary evil. In the past, with other dealerships, it has taken me the entire Up until now, I have absolutely hated buying cars. It was kind of a necessary evil. In the past, with other dealerships, it has taken me the entire day to purchase a car (at least 8 hours or more), and it was beyond tedious. It was like they were afraid for me to leave until I took delivery of the vehicle. Then after all that time, when I did get the car, I felt like they were rushing through everything else (showing me the features, etc.) just to be done with this long process. It is really tough with a 7-year old to give up that kind of time. So, I was expecting to have the same kind of experience when I went to purchase my Chevrolet Equinox at Braeger. I was so pleasantly surprised. Their website was very easy to use and navigate. I found an ideal car that I was looking for, and my husband called Braeger and scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle. Our appointment was with Matt Kreckler, who did an absolutely wonderful job as our salesperson. He had the car ready to go when we arrived. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the car and cars in general. So, we went for a test drive, and we really liked the car. Matt answered all of our questions. At that point, we decided we wanted to purchase the car. So, Matt introduced us to WIllie Burazin, the Used Car Sales Director, and Willie got some information from us so he could get the paperwork process going (Credit Check, financing, etc.). Then, Matt told us this would take a little while (because it was later afternoon on a Saturday), and so we didn't have to wait, we set up an appointment for a few days later to take delivery of the car and sign the paperwork. It was REALLY EASY. When I came to take delivery of the car the following week, everything was ready for me to sign. I was in and out in an hour They even got my insurance changed to the new car for me ahead of time. Also, Matt sat in the car with me and showed me all the features of the car. He helped me set up my On Star Account and synch my iPhone via the car's Bluetooth feature. He even set all my pre-set radio buttons for me! Also, the car looked beautiful. It was immaculate inside and out. When I pulled away with the new car, everything was set the way I wanted and ready to go, which was so nice. Matt saved me the time of reading how to set everything up. Most people thought it was a brand new car. The process was so easy and painless...I actually really liked buying this car! The service was absolutely excellent...I cannot say enough about it. I had never purchased an American made car prior to this car, and I have to say that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Equinox. It has all the features on it that I was looking for and more and was reasonably priced. Both Matt and WIllie told me that I would love this car, and I do. I've owned the Equinox for two months now, and I couldn't be more happy with my choice! I would highly recommend Braeger Chevrolet, Matt and Willie specifically, and their finance department. If you're looking for a car, I would highly recommend seeing what Braeger might be able to offer you. I will definitely go back when we're looking for another car.
