Change of heart I recently sent a negative review about the dealership, I was just frustrated my car wasn't able to be fixed at the time, but luckily they did find a I recently sent a negative review about the dealership, I was just frustrated my car wasn't able to be fixed at the time, but luckily they did find a way to fix the problem I was having and now the car runs great, even better than before! My 2004 Mazda 6 is up and running smooth, and although the fix is temporary, I know how to fix it now if it were to die again. HUGE thank you to service manager Jon Fredrick(Topeka) for coming up with a brilliant solution to the problem, without actually having to do what usually would have had to been done, he also fixed another small minor problem I was having with a coolant leak, my fluids were topped off as well, I felt I was treated very well, I would also like to thank Brian Cox for keeping me up to speed on the situation when I first took my car in, I do apologize for any negative comments I made in my last review, as I was just frustrated with the situation, but I do thank you guys tremendously!! Thank you for fixing my baby. :) ANd yes I would recommend this dealership to anyone with a Mazda, Ford, Lincoln or Hyundai. Kudos gentlemen!! Thank you so much once again!!! Great Customer service I purchased my 2007 Nissan Murano a few years ago and with it I got a great warranty. When it was time to use my warranty the company declined to cove I purchased my 2007 Nissan Murano a few years ago and with it I got a great warranty. When it was time to use my warranty the company declined to cover my CV Axle boot leak. So Brian got his service manager involved because he agreed this was a failure and they both got it covered. Horible ( edited and have better opinion) I took my 2010 Elantra in because of a recall. I was treated like I was a total idiot because I had not used them for maintaince. I was told when and where I drive my car and told they were putting me on there maintaince schedule. I was treated like I was a two year old. And the worst of it was I was sitting in the waiting room and was screamed at in front of a whole room of people. I will NEVER go back. I have since talked to the manager and he made it right with me. I now recommended this dealer. More

I have had the pleasure of working with three of the services advisers and all are courteous, knowledgeable and have your best interest in mind. I live about an hour away and they are accommodating to services advisers and all are courteous, knowledgeable and have your best interest in mind.
