Wonderful Service!!! In and out to get a new sway bar on my Hyundai Sanota. I pulled in at 9am and was out by 10:30am ready to roll on! I bought my first Hyundai Santa Fe in 2001 and bought my latest one in 201 My experience with Laird Noller Lincoln Mazda Hyundai is always excellent! I bought my first Hyundai Santa Fe in 2001 and bought my latest one in 2013. I'll always own a Santa Fe. If I've ever needed anything, Laird Noller Hyundai has always taken care of my needs with professional, courteous, service. Usually, I wait while my Santa Fe is being serviced, and I never have to wait more than an hour! Great service!! More
Pre made appt. took 3 hours for a 1 hour job. Made a while you wait warranty oil change appt. Arrived 10 minuets prior & checked in and they had me in their system. I advised service rep I would run a few errands rather than wait in customer lounge. Left phone # for contact requesting a call when it was done. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I called to see if there was a delay. It wasn’t even being worked on yet. I discussed the delay problem with service advisor who said order was changed to a walk in. I told him I had an appointment and that’s why I made it, to avoid delays. After telling him I had to have the car back by 1:30pm as I was leaving for an out of town medical appointment. He said he would see what he could do. I received a call about an hour later that it was done. Over 3 hours waiting for a 1 hour job. ALSO: no prices are displayed and when I was presented a bill, I was shocked it was over $10.00 + higher than the previous oil change. There was little remorse offered on the whole business deal. I also found that my car was parked the furthest distance from service possible. There were many spaces nearer the office. Since I am handicapped, all the previous times my car was parked very close to the office. Up until this problem, I had been very satisfied. Now however, I’m not sure I will return again ! More

Rude, unresponsive to requests for information I have been to this dealer before and was quite pleased, but this time was completely different. First, I brought in two cars, one for extensive main I have been to this dealer before and was quite pleased, but this time was completely different. First, I brought in two cars, one for extensive maintenance and the other for simply an oil change. I called days ahead and made appointments to ensure I could get the oil change vehicle quickly and leave. After 1 1/2 of waiting I tried to ask several reps for an update. They ignored me, walked by me, and then went to help other people - people who did not make appointments (I asked them). Their vehicles were see "first come first serve" and mine sat. Also, the cost for the tune up, oil change and tire rotation was nearly $500. That is ridiculous. I took the bill to another auto shop where I have work done and the manager said they would have changed me about half of what Lincoln charged. I felt very unappreciated and will never go there again. Though I love my Lincoln, I will never buy another one because of the poor, poor customer service. More
Dissapointed in last service I had an oil sending unit bad on my car.. The Dealer ordered the part and scheduled an appointment to make repairs. I was told when the part was ordered that it would be fine to drive till they could get part in. I dropped off my car at 7:30 am on the following Thursday and expected 3-4 hours for service, which I was told it would take. At 2:30 pm that after noon I was called and told they had not even started the job. I would have to leave my car overnight, which the one being repaired is the only car I have. I could not do that so I picked up my car an drove home. The next day I got up and left for work. My husband called me and told me to check the oil because there was a large spot on our driveway where the car had been parked overnight. I took it back to the dealer and was told " oh yes that part could be leaking". Why was I told 3-4 days earlier that I would be fine driving it out of town if there was a possibility of it leaking.??? I had to have a rental car that was covered by my extended warranty which should not have been charged to them due to this being a Dealer/ Service center issue of not providing the service in a timely manner. I just think this could have been handled a little better and hope I can find another provider for service in my town since there is still Factory warranty and extended warranty on my car. More
