Waited over 4 hrs I scheduled an oil change and a complimentary multipoint inspection for $45. Upon drop off i was told the car would be ready in one to one and half ho I scheduled an oil change and a complimentary multipoint inspection for $45. Upon drop off i was told the car would be ready in one to one and half hours. I dropped it off at 10:30 am, did not get a call so I decided to go around noon. When I arrived I was told the car was not ready and, that it would be another 1-2 hours. When the car was finally ready around 3:30-4p, I went to pay and was told, the charge would be $80. Because, 1. The oil used was “synthetic”, which has never been the case before, 2. They did a tire rotation 3. And charged me $40 for the multipoint inspection. After talking to the person who gave me the invoice, he went back and took the multipoint inspection off and I was charged $56.68. I am glad the pricing was resolved, the people were friendly. I understand things happen and we get behind, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with the servicing center. More

Great! I went for my first oil change (free) because I purchased a new Lincoln there. Too bad this dealership doesn't give more free oil changes when you purchase a car there--Lewis Toyota gives 4 free oil changes with a purchase from their dealership. Much nicer customer satisfaction. A free car wash is nice but 4 free oil changes would be nicer. Just sayin'!!!! More
