Howard Cherry sold me a vehicle 3 years ago at another hyundai dealership. He was an amazing sales person with great knowledge of vehicles and their options. I made the drive there and found the entire dealership to be easy to deal with and good people. This was a very good experience for my wife and I and I am highly recommending this dealership and salesperson to anyone whom is interested in purchasing a new car. More

I had my car in for service for several items during the week. I'm always given a car to drive as a Lincoln owner and my car is always returned washed and clean. This last week a mistake was made installing week. I'm always given a car to drive as a Lincoln owner and my car is always returned washed and clean. This last week a mistake was made installing my windshield that I asked them to have a vendor take care of while they were doing other service work on my car. Even though it was not their fault the windshield was broken during installation they had to reschedule me back to have another installed. Due to the mistake made by the windshield people they went above and beyond the all of duty and when I picked up my car there was a gift basket along with a ole and a sincere apology. They have always done quality work and have great people but this is just another example of the service manager putting customer service as his #1 priority.. Sincere thanks Jon Fredrick!! More

TODAY I TOOK THE 2005 LINCOLN IN FOR SERVICE AND THEY DISCOVERED A BAD TIRE, ARRANG SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND SALES HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING WITHOUT FAIL. TODAY I TOOK THE 2005 LINCOLN IN FOR SERVICE AND THEY DISCOVERED A BAD TIRE, ARRANGED TO HAVE IT TAKEN CARE OF AND TOLD ME ABOUT IT AFTER ALL WAS ARRANGED. I CAN NOT TELL YOU HOW IMPORTANT THAT IS TO ME. I AM A RECENT WIDOW AND KNOWING I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON DEWAYNE AS WE ALWAYS HAVE, IS VERY IMPORTANT. Gene was very patient with me while I was deciding about a car. He was willing to let me test more than 1 vehicle. The only negative experience was the length of time it took to do the paperwork. We came to the dealership shopping for a new/used Mazda CX-5. We test drove a new vehicle with Nathan Hernandez. He was very friendly, not pushy; very knowledgable about the vehicle. We came back 2 days CX-5. We test drove a new vehicle with Nathan Hernandez. He was very friendly, not pushy; very knowledgable about the vehicle. We came back 2 days later, having decided on a CX-5 that I researched on the Noller Mazda web site. Chris James helped with the purchase. Both employees were great to work with, never pushy, never tried to rush us into a purchase. Chris was great when we came back to pick up the car, helping to maneuver through the sound system, blue tooth, and navigation system. We worked with Bryan Schuster regarding the warranty and other details. He also was great to work with, seemed to appreciate that we don't purchase cars very often, caring for our vehicles, etc., and took this into consideration when deciding on what extra things were appropriate for us in terms of extra protection. Overall, I consider our experience with the dealership, employees, and other considerations Laird Noller has added for customer satisfaction to be way above average, and would not hesitate to recommend Chris, Nathan, Bryan, and Laird Noller Mazda to friends and family.
