It was also the ONLY certified pre-owned Mazda 3 that anyone in the state had at the time. We didn't have perfect credit and yet they were able to work out financing that was perfect for us. I NeVER give 5s on surveys. I train sales reps for a living. I just don't typically see that level of sales professionals in the field. My only complaint was it took about 5 hours to buy a car as they were short staffed.(got there @ 1 left after 6) However, our main rep Josh continuously communicated with us on the process, offered refreshments and ultimately kept us as customers. Joe and Al were more than helpful and made the buying process easy. Unlike another dealer, they understood the value of a cash deal and didn't make us feel like we were weird or wrong for paying cash for a car. I will recommend them and this dealership to anyone I know looking to buy a newer vehicle. I have never been through the car buying process in under 2 hours until today. One of the biggest things I want to point out is the fact that Joe and Al made it a point to talk to my wife instead of me.
