Perfect car buying experience I put in an internet search for a Mazda 3 and Joe K. was the very first person to reply. I NeVER give 5s on surveys. I train sales reps for a living. I just don't typically see that level of sales professionals in the field. My only complaint was it took about 5 hours to buy a car as they were short staffed.(got there @ 1 left after 6) However, our main rep Josh continuously communicated with us on the process, offered refreshments and ultimately kept us as customers. The entire team was exceptional. It was a 5 str experience. More

Joe and Al were more than helpful and made the buying process easy. Unlike another dealer, they understood the value of a cash deal and didn't make us feel like we were weird or wrong for paying cash for a car. I will recommend them and this dealership to anyone I know looking to buy a newer vehicle. I have never been through the car buying process in under 2 hours until today. One of the biggest things I want to point out is the fact that Joe and Al made it a point to talk to my wife instead of me. It was a car for her not me and other dealers kept writing up paperwork with my name instead of hers.
