My 2004 Mazda 6 is up and running smooth, and although the fix is temporary, I know how to fix it now if it were to die again. HUGE thank you to service manager Jon Fredrick(Topeka) for coming up with a brilliant solution to the problem, without actually having to do what usually would have had to been done, he also fixed another small minor problem I was having with a coolant leak, my fluids were topped off as well, I felt I was treated very well, I would also like to thank Brian Cox for keeping me up to speed on the situation when I first took my car in, I do apologize for any negative comments I made in my last review, as I was just frustrated with the situation, but I do thank you guys tremendously!! Thank you for fixing my baby. :) ANd yes I would recommend this dealership to anyone with a Mazda, Ford, Lincoln or Hyundai. Kudos gentlemen!! Thank you so much once again!!! I didn't get the truck I wanted, but he hooked me up with a beautiful and economic new sedan. No high pressure and he took all of my concerns about financing seriously. It was a true pleasure to work with him. And I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. Used Mazda 3 Our sales person was alright. He found the car I wanted with ease, but for my fiancee, the cars he was interested in were at the Ford site. Our sales Our sales person was alright. Our sales person was more part of the Mazda dealership, and not the Ford dealership, so we had major communication issues with trying to find my fiancee's vehicle, and he ended up buying one from a different dealership. Tara, however, is the real hero in my story. I have a repo on my record, and she worked wonders with my credit. The dealership my fiancee ended up going through tried to get me to get a car through them instead, and couldn't get anywhere near the deal from the banks as Tara got me. They told me that she must be lying to me about the low payment and the length of the loan she said I was approved for. She was not lying, she just works financial magic. She was quick to get back to me about my approval and worked with me every step of the way. I wish I could clone her and put her in charge of every financial institution I ever have to deal with. The company gave full trade in value on a 'broken' car and was generous in letting us take time to drive several cars before we made our purchase.
