6-18-2014 Service date I have been trading with Laird Noller Lawrence for over 3 years. I take all of my personal and company vehicles to Laird Noller. I have known Paul T I have been trading with Laird Noller Lawrence for over 3 years. I take all of my personal and company vehicles to Laird Noller. I have known Paul Tracy from my first visit. He has always been friendly, listens to my requests, makes recommendations and delivers in a timely manner. I have always been treated with respect and in a professional manner. On my visit this week I met Danny Dolar for the first time. My first impression was that Laird Noller had another excellent employee. I have been in Lawrence for over three years. I just found out last week that I was moving to Florida this weekend. I have been trying to pack and get all of my vehicle's serviced before I leave. I am looking forward to getting back to the east coast. I am sure it will be very difficult to find a service center that even comes close to what I have become accustomed too here at Laird Noller of Lawrence. I would like to thank Paul. Hopefull I had dropped a key into the console near the emergency brake. I pulled in to ask to borrow a tool so I could take the panel off. Steve insisted his tech could get it for me and they did. No charge which is completely unheard of today. They were very friendly and polite. I will drive out of my way to have them work on my car for any future repair needs. This facility and staff is great!!!! More

What a difference..hope it continues I was pleased that this service visit was notably different than our last visit. I am not sure I am ready to recommend this as a service center yet, I was pleased that this service visit was notably different than our last visit. I am not sure I am ready to recommend this as a service center yet, since the past visits have taken multiple visits to address the same issue. But after my last visit I can say there is an improvement in the overall service received. I received updates throughout the day on my car, rather than just waiting until 5:00 to call and say I could come get it. The explanation of service completed was completed without me feeling like they were talking to me as a 5 year old. Steve came for a ride with me to see if I could notice a different in the vehicle. I hope this level of customer service is the new norm, and not just making up for previous visits. Willing to continue to return and see what happens! More
