This is the only place you should go Once again Danny Dolar exceeds my expectations, he goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. In late September my check engine light had Once again Danny Dolar exceeds my expectations, he goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. In late September my check engine light had came on in my car, not sure what it was, I called Danny freaking out. He suggested that maybe my gas cap wasn’t on right or it could be loose and so I checked it, sealed tight. Then Danny said for me to bring my car in and they would test it for me, once I got there they got me in right away and said it was a small evap leak, which was the gas cap. Or was it? Not only once but twice the light had came on after that, every time this happened I called Danny, he was really nice and he had me bring my car in. The next step to see why this was happening was to have a smoke test done, Danny set me up an appointment and even gave me a call to remind me of the date and time. Once Shane Sharp had done the test, they had brought me out to the shop so that I could see where the problem was and what needed to be fixed, it ended up being a solenoid with a small leak. Danny was quick to get the ball rolling to find the parts, since it’s a Mitsubishi and everything had to be ordered and would take a week. With the appointment made I dropped my car off on a Tuesday evening so Shane would have it first thing Wednesday morning, since it could take up for about half the day or so. As written on my paper work the car was done and ready at noon, when I arrived Danny had my paper work ready to go and he had even worked his magic to give me the best deal and saved me money for the holidays. Along with all of this my car key had even broke, Danny was so great about getting it fixed and had even ordered me new key parts to replace what was broke. I honestly can say that I don’t think there is any other auto service out there that tries as hard to take care of their customers and their needs like these guys do, giving the best service and best deals. Thank you so much Danny and Shane for working your magic and keeping me safe on the road. More

Danny handled my order through Hyundai and scheduled me to get in for the replacement. He followed up when the part came in and was there waiting when I arrived at the dealership. They let me use a nice room to finish some work on my laptop while I waited and the service was completed in less time than originally promised. Paul Tracy checked on me while I waited and made me feel right at home as usual at this dealership. Joe jelly also helped me get some Information on a newer model Hyundai and was happy to chat about new features as well as how my current Hyundai was doing. My car was vacuumed out and washed up without request and I got out the door back to work quickly. This Hyundai team continues to impress and always follows through on taking care of me. I will continue to purchase vehicles here and feel great about sending referrals to them. More

Even when we carry it in for repair, seems like the mechanic cannot get all the problems resolved on the first visit, therefore, we have to keep taking it back for more repairs. Since I'm retired, with limited income, we cannot afford another car or truck payment. This SUV is paid off, but it's still costing us a lot of money with repair expense. More

Made it Right My husband and I dropped off our car on Wednesday, my husbands day off, so that the car could be serviced and I could take our other vehicle to work. My husband and I dropped off our car on Wednesday, my husbands day off, so that the car could be serviced and I could take our other vehicle to work. We were told we could pick up the car anytime before 8 PM which worked out well since I work in Kansas City and had a late meeting. When arriving at the dealership, the staff person on the floor, Cody, told me that the service department closed at 6, and that the department was open to 8 only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He was very apologetic about the mix-up. After some discussion about how I could get my car, since my husband needed to go to work on Thursday and so did I, and we both headed in opposite directions - coming in Thursday AM to get the car was not going to be possible. Since my husband had remembered to bring in the spare key, Cody made a call and got some advice on how to get the car out of the fenced area. All in all, what could have been a really frustrating situation turned out well and I was able to get my car that evening. The next day the service writer also called and apologized for the mix up... We have always owned Ford/Lincoln/Mercury/Mazda vehicles and have had the best experience driving these well into several hundred thousand miles. We appreciate Cody's assistance and will remember this when we go to replace this car. More
