Steve Smaczniak provided me with Friendly, Fast, and Great Service. He helped me with parts I Needed to Hold my bak window on so it would Not fall off and Break. I explained that the parts were Not even Great Service. He helped me with parts I Needed to Hold my bak window on so it would Not fall off and Break. I explained that the parts were Not even a year old and were stripped. He was quick to act and rectify the situation, Give Him a Raise!!!!!!!!! More

I had a very bad situation turned good by Kelly & his staff of professional Technicians. I had a rental truck & trailer well the car i was towing had the tow straps release while towing &the car proceede staff of professional Technicians. I had a rental truck & trailer well the car i was towing had the tow straps release while towing &the car proceeded foward of the trailer. The only wayI could right this situation was to seek professional help.Thats just what I recieved at Lair Noller dealership in Lawrence Kansas. The service manager Kelly Steele quickly assed the situation and put his team of techs.on the the job immediately. They handeled the situation professionally,expediently and without charge.In this day and time thats atrue rarity among people. I couldn't thank Kelly& his staff enough for the fine work and swift handling of my problem.These men and women are an example for any place that touts customer service{simply the best] Thanks And God Bless you for all your help Kelly Steele and Shop Technicians. More

We had a car emergency when our engine overheated on a Saturday. We took it to Laird Noller and the service manager Kelly Steele saved the day! Kelly stayed late Saturday night to make sure that everythi Saturday. We took it to Laird Noller and the service manager Kelly Steele saved the day! Kelly stayed late Saturday night to make sure that everything was repaired on the car so we could drive it to Texas the next day. He even came in on a Sunday morning to cancel out the order and give us our car. He definitely went above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone in the are for future car service/repair. More

I've had my vehicle serviced at the Quick Lane 3 times since they opened their doors and I've been impressed more and more with every visit. The manager, Kelly, has always been friendly and has trea times since they opened their doors and I've been impressed more and more with every visit. The manager, Kelly, has always been friendly and has treated me with respect and that's important for a woman. Kelly and his staff seems to always have my vehicle's best interest at heart. I will be recommending the Quick Lane to my family and friends. What a wonderful addition to the Laird Noller dealership. More

The workers were extremely helpful and worked well with my warranty from another dealership. They took us back and showed us what was wrong along with explaining what was wrong. Kelly was helpful throughou my warranty from another dealership. They took us back and showed us what was wrong along with explaining what was wrong. Kelly was helpful throughout the whole process.
