You could't ask for better service. I must say that Danny Dolar is phenomenal! Every time I come in to have my car serviced, whether it be for a simple oil change or a major transmission I must say that Danny Dolar is phenomenal! Every time I come in to have my car serviced, whether it be for a simple oil change or a major transmission replacement, Danny will give you the best customer service. Being someone who is very particular about who works on my car, Danny is great about making sure that Shane Sharp is available and he does an awesome job. I have been coming to this place for years, these guys are really friendly, they explain everything that needs to be or has to be done, they take the time to listen to you and they try to get you the best deal. It's nice to know that whenever I have a car issue, these guys are there. Thanks Danny, Shane and Paul, keep up the great work. More

They described the steps taken to alleviate the concern (a recalled part), provided a complimentary car wash, and ensured minimal disruption to my work day with a courtesy ride. More

Their service staff are very good and are willing to follow- I use Laird Noller for servicing all my cars. They are friendly, helpful and competent. A new cabin air filter was recommended when it was replaced 11K miles ago ...it just needed to have some debris blown off of it. Be careful to inspect the vehicle before returning it to the customer. Returned the car five minutes after I left because the check engine light was on and the replaced brakes were making a clicking noise. Be careful to let the customer know if all of the service can be performed...one of the two recall services could not be performed because the part was not in. I would have scheduled the service at a later time knowing this; now I have to bring the car back to complete the service. Everything else about the service experience was fantastic. I am lucky to have my car at this Laird Noller location. I have heard a lot of negative about service at the 23rd Street location. A friend who has purchased four vehicles from that location has experienced nothing but problems and swears he will never buy another Ford or Mazda vehicle from them.
