I booked the appointment online after receiving an email suggesting I do so. My appointment was for noon but all the repairmen were at lunch. Jerry Hall and the other man I spoke with were very apologetic and helpful. I do think there is a problem with your online booking program but this in no way reflects on the people I dealt with personally at the dealership. More
