Appointment over lunch I was given an appointment at noon when the techs are at lunch. I was told that my car would be taken ASAP. A Mazda customer who came in after me was I was given an appointment at noon when the techs are at lunch. I was told that my car would be taken ASAP. A Mazda customer who came in after me was given her assessment before me. I had been waiting for two hours. Instead of checking on my repair so that he could give me an update at the same time Michael ignored me and walked away. I felt ignored and not valued as a customer. More
