I'm heading back for a third time this week to get something fixed. They ordered the parts, only to be told after an hour that they were still missing a part to fix my car. Horrible service. I started having problems with my vehicle from day one. Took over a month to get a part in for a common model car. In the meantime my vehicle brok I started having problems with my vehicle from day one. Took over a month to get a part in for a common model car. In the meantime my vehicle broke down for another reason, which lead to a extremely high tow bill and me being without the vehicle for another couple of weeks while I had to wait for the needed parts for that issue. This all after an extended service wait time before I could initially take the car home. So, my guess is the dealer knew they had a lemon and were hoping some sucker would buy it. Avoid, untrustworthy. More

Can’t get them to stop texting and calling my number! I have stated on a number of occasions that the number they continue to contact is for the wrong person. I have given them my husband’s number and my I have stated on a number of occasions that the number they continue to contact is for the wrong person. I have given them my husband’s number and my husband has told them this is not the number to contact, but they continue to call and text me with vehicle updates and appointment reminders. This company does minimum at best to fix the trash they sold us and refuses to admit that their service documentation and follow up is subpar. I highly recommend you do not purchase any vehicles from Laird Noller Ford, as the parent company (Ford) will not honor their craftsmanship and continue to sell vehicles that fail. I say this because I have a paper weight in my front yard that had the transmission fail before the car was at 100000 miles and another that was a lemon in California, the problem was “fixed” and it was sent to Kansas for resale. LUCKY ME!!!! This vehicle has had multiple failed issues since then, including electrical contacts and a “leaking” turbo engine that did not meet the Ford definition of leaking for them to fix a known issue. Steer clear at all cost. Not worth the price you pay now for the price you will pay until you get rid of these vehicles. More
