Well my new used car came with a 4.5 year old battery which didn’t last a month. Then although it took a couple of weeks discovered the driver side door latch actuator was not working consistently. Apparently your sales department makes the call on fixing a problem that my car had when it was delivered. They basically told me to get lost. So before I even had the registration paperwork I had 2 problems neither fixed by your dealership. My next complaint will be to the BBB. More

I scheduled an appointment, which I arrived on time at, then I was told that they overbooked themselves and I had the option to come in the next morning.
