When my car was delivered I was given a report of the work that was completed before being given to me. Two items that were listed as having been completed in fact were not. I took the car back to the service department and told them what needed to be done. Waited four days when I was told I should only have to wait two days. When I went to pick up the car the two things that were originally stated to be done that were not, were AGAIN not done. Had to miss extra work for them to finish what they should’ve have already done. Fast forward three days later and find out that they never replaced the fob battery (something I was told TWICE had been completed) I sent my husband to get it done and he overheard a service worker stating that “they’re only $12”. It doesn’t matter if they only cost $2! I was told twice that the battery had been replaced and had been lied to both times! The sales team is fine but don’t take your car here for service work. More

Did not complete full synthetic oil service as requested. Used synthetic blend and then charged me $18 for an oil additive. This visit was much better than my last two. But quick lane was easier and quicker to deal with. This side is much busier, much harder to park and slower.
