Katlyn Smith was very helpful is arranging auto transportation from my home nad with the ongoing process. The overall experience was ok. I received an oil change, rotor resurfacing, tire rotation, and oil change. After leaving I received a “change oil” notification on the vehicle. This was not disclosed and was only found out after the transaction was complete. Financing department “assumed” interest rates instead of verifying them prior to getting paperwork signed. This required a new round of paperwork that had to be signed several days later. Dealership missed the appointment we set up and said they were “short handed” and might have trouble making good meeting us. More

We live out of town and one of their stores in Oletha had a vehicle I was interested in and they worked to get it to Lawerence for me to test drive.
