I drove 215 miles from Omaha to Kansas to purchase my Ford Escape. I really enjoyed the service I received at Laird Noller. My overall experience at Laird Noller exceeded my expectations. The sales team was very friendly and didn't haggle over the price of the car. During the course of my search for a used car, I had been to many other dealers who tried forcing me to purchase a car that I had no interest in buying. For example, at Olathe Hyundai, I had made 2 different appointments to be shown a car. When I arrive at their dealership at my appointment, my sales rep had told me that the car was sold on both occasions, but not to worry, they could find me something else similar. It was a very frustrating experience, because I had my mind set on a Sonata. I finally chose to drive down to Lawrence, KS to Laird Noller , when within an overall 3 to 4 hours, was in the exact car that I had dreamed of. I recommend them and will be purchasing my next card through them for sure. Thanks Team! More

First day went extremely well. Great selection of vehicles; great prices;sales staff very accommodating. Sealed the deal with no hassles. Second day very disappointing. We'd made an appointed time to pick up the car late in the day. We waited 45minutes for the car to be cleaned. Then the 60day tag was not ready. We had to drive to another location and wait 45 minutes got that process to be completed. Expecting to be in and gone in half an hour we had to kill 2 hours waiting. Now I know why "customer service" begins with "cuss." When we got home, we realized that several surfaces inside the vehicle were not cleaned as they had some sort of sticky residue on them. I would recommend this dealership for their selection and prices but was disappointed in their overall in attention to follow up and detail. I currently have a 2000 F150 that I will be looking to trade in the near future. I will probably carefully consider my options at that time. Furthermore, I wanted to purchase a new tire as a spare. I called the laird holler Hyundai dealer in topeka over three weeks ago. They said they would order the tire and give me a call. No response yet. I would like to add that our salesman, joe Kelly, was great. All the hassles seemed to be out of his control. More

I was able to conduct business with Jo program. In doing so, I became aware of TrueCar and that led me to contact Laird Noller in Lawrence, Kansas. I was able to conduct business with Josh Hoke using the convenience of e-mail. He found the vehicle I was interested in at a price I was willing to pay. Even though it involved traveling from Wichita, Kansas, to purchase the vehicle, the TrueCar car buying program made it all worth it. Between the TrueCar program and the positive way in which I was treated at Laird Noller, this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. More
