I went in to look for a new car not knowing a lot about Hyundai other than they had good MPG ratings. At that point he introduced me and my wife to Mike Smith who then showed me the specs of the car and came along with me on the test drive. During the drive Mike explained the warranty and roadside assistance as well as all the bells and whistles of the Elantra I was driving. It was clear that Mr. Smith had a knowledge of the vehicle and a passion for the brand. I was still unsure if I was going to be able to make it work with my budget, so Mike and David worked together to make the car payments work in my budget. I felt David was very receptive to what I needed and did all he could to make it work for me. I really felt comfortable talking with Mike and David and they made the whole experience enjoyable. We had a car emergency when our engine overheated on a Saturday. We took it to Laird Noller and the service manager Kelly Steele saved the day!
