Mike was very knowledgeable and explained the warranty and all the features of the car. Mike was very passionate about Hyundai and I really felt he was sincere and wanted me to know the quality of the car. David was extremely helpful when it came to making the car work in my budget. Mike and David both worked hard answering my questions and were patient with me through the whole process. We had a car emergency when our engine overheated on a Saturday. We took it to Laird Noller and the service manager Kelly Steele saved the day! During the course of my search for a used car, I had been to many other dealers who tried forcing me to purchase a car that I had no interest in buying. For example, at Olathe Hyundai, I had made 2 different appointments to be shown a car. When I arrive at their dealership at my appointment, my sales rep had told me that the car was sold on both occasions, but not to worry, they could find me something else similar. It was a very frustrating experience, because I had my mind set on a Sonata. I finally chose to drive down to Lawrence, KS to Laird Noller , when within an overall 3 to 4 hours, was in the exact car that I had dreamed of.
