I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. On top of that, they push a $1,500, 3-month warranty that they claim is “mandatory” and included in the contract, with no option to remove it. After factoring in these absurd fees, the price ends up being far from a deal. Instead of offering a genuinely competitive price, they use shady tactics to make it seem like you’re getting a good deal when, in reality, you’re not. More

The lady that checked us in to get the truck looked at assumed that we put stop leak in our ac unit and then the ac guy would not look at our ac and just told us that we needed a whole new unit. The dealership advertises lowball prices on used cars and then added $2998 in mandatory fees and dealer charges during the closing process. They also offered another $5,000 in non-required extended warrantie then added $2998 in mandatory fees and dealer charges during the closing process. They also offered another $5,000 in non-required extended warranties, which I fully expected. I did not however expect a non-negotiable $999 dealership administration fee which is more than double other dealers in the area. The manager, Joe, tried to justify it with a “we are a big dealership and have a lot of admin staff” argument. That explanation defies normal “volume of sales and cost per unit”logic. Then on top of the $999 admin fee, they added a “Noller Advantage” fee of $1,999 to the price of the car for service and warranty. The sales person Xavier said there was no way to avoid this fee and I was also told by manager Joe again that this fee is MANDATORY on all used cars. The car I bought is one year old and still under the manufacturer warranty, but I was still required to buy their “Advantage”. Take it or leave it. The salesman Xavier also told me the car had XM radio installed. I found out later when I took the car home that this information was incorrect. When I questioned Xavier about this he tried to tell me he had said “it might possibly have it installed” which is not what he said. When I elevated this to the sales manager, Tony he told me I should verified it myself. Duh! Basically he was telling me I should never believe what a salesman tells me. I guess he should know if the Laird Noller salespeople should be trusted. Just another example of why used car salesmen and their managers get a bad name. If the dealership accepts this cavalier attitude towards the truth it reflects negatively on the dealership and owners. More
Weather was messy the day we picked up the Ranger. On way home found the windshield washer was out of fluid. Checked under hood after in my garage and found coolant reservoir empty. Laird Noller's service people are all excellent. I have rarely taken my 2014 F150 King Ranch to a dealer, but when I needed a new motor/engine, there was no better place to go. The new engine deve I have rarely taken my 2014 F150 King Ranch to a dealer, but when I needed a new motor/engine, there was no better place to go. The new engine developed an issue and so they took it back, ordered another one and repaired the whole thing, keeping me in the loop all the time. I really needed a vehicle so they loaned me one for a couple weeks and I could not be more grateful or satisfied. I will DEFINATELY go there again. Katlyn is an excellent service agent and the service manager is extremely helpful and considerate. More
