I've had multiple service appointments here that went well. This time, they recommended premium services before the work began that I declined. All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. 45 minute well. This time, they recommended premium services before the work began that I declined. All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. 45 minutes later they asked again. I was on a schedule, so I found this annoying and a waste of time. I barely made it back to work in time for a meeting. Not a great experience this time. More
