I wanted some cosmetic repairs made to a new truck purchased from Laird Noller. Ford initially turned down the request but Laird Noller continued to work with Ford on my behalf to get the repairs don purchased from Laird Noller. The advisor was great upfront and inquired if I was interested in extra services ahead of time. In the past they would “slide” an extra upsell item into the final receipt.
