Did an okay job Everyone was polite but... I asked for a defective handle to be replaced (twice) and the service tech basically ignored my request. Even after I demon Everyone was polite but... When I returned to pick up my vehicle it seemed like forever for them to bring up my vehicle. The service tech could not find my vehicle; after some time another tech tried helping...they found my vehicle still in the service bay!! I suppose it could happen to anyone. More

Very Good! I had a scheduled oil change (The Works) but they also checked my car out & found 2 problems I was unaware of-failing lug nuts & a nail in one tire. I I had a scheduled oil change (The Works) but they also checked my car out & found 2 problems I was unaware of-failing lug nuts & a nail in one tire. I authorized them to fix both problems, but I am curious-is this a problem for the Focus brand? I only have 49,000 miles+ on the car & my lug nuts are wearing out? So my earned "free" oil change cost me &165.84, but I shouldn't have to worry about a wheel coming off. More
Oil change I made an appt for my oil change and still had to wait almost 2 hrs. No one came and got me when it was done. I had to go ask someone if it was done. Quick but sloppy So far each time I have had my wife’s car serviced they have gotten it done quickly. However, they do not pay attention to detail, and a a bit sloppy. So far each time I have had my wife’s car serviced they have gotten it done quickly. However, they do not pay attention to detail, and a a bit sloppy. Last time there was grease all over steering wheel which ruined a pair of my wife’s pants. Had the seats been tan, rather than black, they probably would have been ruined too. They also always move her seat wherever they please, messing up her settings, which drives her nuts. Maybe not important to all, but our last ride was a GMC, and when they serviced our car it always came back freshly washed and vacuumed. We probably got spoiled, but do not expect that here. They don’t offer it. More

They take care of my concerns in a timely manner I called to see when I could take my car in. They gave me a time and I took it there. They fixed the car in one hour while I watch TV. AWFUL I came to Ford hoping you guys would be able to fix the issues I was having with my FORD car but instead I got charged quite a bit just to have nothin I came to Ford hoping you guys would be able to fix the issues I was having with my FORD car but instead I got charged quite a bit just to have nothing fixed or even sourced because it was all "aftermarket", how nice that you could tell me exactly what was wrong but couldn't fix it even though its a FORD vehichle. Also one of the things that you guys couldn't "recreate" I had happen to me when I went to pick up that night. Thanks for the effort... NOT! You can bet that I don't plan on coming back anytime soon. More
