Great experience. From the moment I walked into the service department I was taken care of. I was told how long it would take and was escorted to the waiting room. Not sure what to think about this service center pretty sure the service guy called me a xxxxxxx. Not real happy about that he was upset because he screwed up our warranty claim. We just purchased car and the problem was not found during the initial inspection at dealership - we have purchased 13 other vehicles from Topeka location and this was our first from Lawrence store. Need to have serviceman think about their comments to customers. More

Exceptional care. I had some warranty work to be done and was treated extremely well I was given a vehicle to use for a couple of days while my truck was being worked o I had some warranty work to be done and was treated extremely well I was given a vehicle to use for a couple of days while my truck was being worked on.
