And Chad in Service Department got it done professionally and in a transparent manner letting me evaluate what was a priority item all along the way. I highly recommend the service department and have gone there since I bought this Escape from the dealership new in the fall of 2017. More

went to this dealer to buy my dream car and traded in my old car for it, I have had it for around 6 months now and all i can say is that this dealership is the worst i have ever seen, when i went to buy it old car for it, I have had it for around 6 months now and all i can say is that this dealership is the worst i have ever seen, when i went to buy it they told me it needed to have a ford mandated inspection done on it and i could not test drive it or take it home that night, although they did try to get me to sign paperwork that night. skip forward a few months and after hitting around 2k miles the car started to make weird noises with the suspension and acting funny so i went in to them and they looked at it and said it was fine no problems. the noise kept happening and even bricked the car one night before i had to go to work, so i had to reset the battery, took it in the next day and they said that because the code had been deleted with the battery reset, they could do nothing about it but they were willing to hold on to it and see if they could recreate the problem, they swore that there was no problem and sent me on my way, the second i started to pull around to get my paperwork and turn in the loaner the car started making the noise and i didn't even do anything besides drive at a low speed. when i told them about it i was told well we didn't hear it so just drive it until it brakes then bring it back in. now skip forward a few weeks and after the storm we got i had new tires put on at a reliable, and professional store (Discount Tire), bought them brand new and it ran fine for a few days besides the noise i was hearing, however the noise was getting worse this is were they go down hill fast because i was trying to get ahold of them to get it in and they would answer my call but the second i said my name there was a sigh on the other end of the line like i was bothering them to do there job and then they hung up, after that they refused to take my calls and even when i was able to get through to the secretary i was told they would call me back and they did not, during this time i was able to get my first oil change and they asked if i wanted the winter service package i said no, however they still added the charge to the bill and sent it into ford for reimbursement, on top of that they did a inspection on the car with the new tires and said that it all came back good on the paperwork this is important because of the following a day later the car error coded that there was a suspension fault, so when i tried to call them again no answer or straight up ignored to the point i had to call the actual ford corporation, and they were able to make them call me and get me in for service after i had to file a complaint on them, now they have called me back and are saying that after the oil change and inspection that there was a problem and it was caused by the tires being put on in the wrong position and was causing rubbing on the struts no proof was provided that this was the case, i called the tire shop to see if they could have messed up however they have 3 photocalls in place to make sure that cant happen as well as the tires being on the car during the oil change and inspection and them saying they were fine, but even the tire shop says that it cant be what they are saying as the biggest they could put on the front would be 255 r40 19 and even then there would have been extreme rubbing and it would have been noticeable the second it came out of there bay, and it was not, and the tires they clamed were put on the front would be 275 40r 19 way bigger then what 255's on top of that the dealer themselves said the car was fine when i did the oil change on the car, if you can stay away I'm about to have a fight and a half to get them to take the car back because of all this so please save yourself the time and the headache.
