This body repair group is exceptional. I was on a short timeline and had high expectations prior to bringing the car in. I used the Ford body shop because of my satisfaction with the service department, and I felt that with the tuxedo black unique color they would be the best group to do the repair well. I was not disappointed. I know auto body work is an activity that can be full of unknowns that can wreak havoc with a schedule and/or costs as the disclaimer on the estimate indicates. Jordan was able to meet my schedule and bring the job in on estimated cost . They went the extra mile making sure that I was satisfied. Laird Noller body shop and its personnel continue with the professionalism that I have come to expect and rely on from the service group. I told some of my friends the story of my loosing an argument with the garage door that scarred the back of my new Fusion. As men will do, several showed up to take a critical look when I drove it in after the repair. Those who looked were impressed by the work. My thanks to Jordan for managing the technical issues and my requests and meeting them all. He is an great manage. On the lighter side, during my first pre-visit call, Jordan told me on the phone that he had never met anyone who had won the garage door argument. This established a good relationship, relaxed me and made my first visit unstressed and productive. I only own Ford vehicles, and, although I live in Colorado I work in KS, and because of my Laird Noller experiences I have moved all my service and purchase business to them. More

I got what I asked for on my trade-in, and I feel that I paid a reasonable price on my purchase. My 2010 Hyundai Elantra GS was damaged this spring by hail, resulting in dents over most of my car. Since I had taken this car to Noller Body Shop and dealt with Jordan, who was most accommodating, I we hail, resulting in dents over most of my car. Since I had taken this car to Noller Body Shop and dealt with Jordan, who was most accommodating, I went back to inquire about the hail damage. Jordan reviewed the work needing to be done and the parts needed to bring my Hyundai back to new status, and set a date to begin work. Due to my schedule for volunteer work I do, I called him at least 2 or 3 times to move the date forward as I needed the car. Jordan was very understanding and kept changing the date for me. At the first visit with Jordan, he estimated 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to finish the project. When my schedule calmed a bit, he set a date, and much to my amazement, they did all the work in just 8 days. I can't say how pleased I am with the good results, and also the short time he accomplished the work. Jordan knew I didn't have car renter insurance, and he pleased me by getting excellent results in an amazing length of time. I told my best friend, Mrs. Hall, how good this shop is, and she is taking her Toyota to Noller Body in about a week, due to a bad scrape on her car. Keep up the good work, Jordan. The people I dealt with were friendly and helpful, the price was right. My only complaint is that the technicians could have paid more attention to detail. Not only did Noller Body Shop provide me with an excellent repair job when I took my car there to fix my hail damage, their customer service was second to none. They were great at keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle repairs. Jordan contacted me several times over the course of the 9 days they had my car to updated me on the status. He was very understanding and helpful. On top of that, when I went to pick up my car, I found that I had left my insurance check at home. Jordan went above and beyond the call of duty to arrange to have me taken back to my house, close to closing time, to allow me to get the check and return to the body shop. The young man who took me, Tucker, would not accept additional compensation for his trouble saying it was what they do and it wasn't a problem. I felt very badly for keeping them after hours, but they did so with a smile. They have a loyal customer in me and, while I hope to not have to anytime soon, I will without a doubt take my vehicle back there for any body work. More
