I ended up leaving a few short hours later with a new lease on a 2014 Ford Focus! The guys made it as simple and seamless as possible to renew my lease on a new car. Jammie Head and Shawn Link were the ones who worked with me. They were the best. Everyone I came into contact with were also very friendly. I have never had such a good experience at any other dealership. I have found some problems with the car and they have been friendly and courteous while taking care of it. I would say the experience was excellent, and I am very happy with the car. I will tell anyone looking for a car to go to Laird Noller Ford in Topeka if they want to be treated right. More

We met with Ron Bozarth yesterday to test drive some vehicles. Prior to meeting, we exchanged some emails so he could get a good idea of what we were in the market for. When we arrived at the dealership, Ron was knowledgable and energetic. He was very patient and really listened to what we wanted in a car (and made sure he only showed us cars within our budget). We went on a couple of test drives and found the car we wanted to purchase. Ron went above and beyond, making sure we got a fair deal, and understood every step of the process. He was by far the best car salesman that we've ever dealt with - no pressure, very honest, and funny, too. He made buying a car an enjoyable experience for us. Morgan Franklin handled our financing. He was able to get us a great rate and made sure to explain all of the options that were available to us. We really appreciated his thoroughness and patience. He made purchasing our vehicle quick and painless. We are very appreciative of these two gentlemen that we dealt with at Laird Noller. We first contacted Ron Bozarth several months ago and explained that we wanted to purchase a new 2014 Mustang sometime in the future. There was never any pressure, just let him know when we were ready. As things fell into place for us, we decided on Gotta Have It Green (which is not easy to find). Pat Ledford found only a few of which one was already sold, another had exterior options we did not want, and the last one was out of state. He sent staff to get our car from a dealership in Oklahoma and had it sparkling and ready for us before closing that day. Both Pat and Ron worked to get us exactly what we wanted at the best possible price. Brandon and Marvin were informative about the business options without being pushy or overbearing (as we had experienced at another dealership). Everyone we saw at Laird Noller Ford was friendly and helpful. At the end of the day, my husband drove his dream car off the lot; and we both had a very pleasant experience in purchasing it! More

We were looking for a car for our Granddaughter, who attends KSU. We spotted a Ford Explorer on line which seemed to be what we were looking for. I contacted Gene Glass by telephone, and he breifed me o attends KSU. We spotted a Ford Explorer on line which seemed to be what we were looking for. I contacted Gene Glass by telephone, and he breifed me on the vehicle we had found. We agreed to meet at the dealership, which we did. When we got there Gene gave us a very thourgh breifing n the vehicle, its history etc. and he let my granddaugher drive the vehicle, all the while explaining the features of it. We were satisfied that it was what we wanted and negotiated a price with Gene who had worked with his sales manager. What I would like to comment most on is how well Gene and later Morgan Franklin the finance officer at Laird Noller worked to insure that our granddaughter(age 20) understood the workings of how things are done when purchasing a vehicle, it was truly OUTSTANDING. The entire experience was enjoyable, We were well satisfied with the price and one other thing is the fact that our son who was paying for the vehicle and who lives in Indiana had to be involved as welle was brought into the finance office telephonicly and Morgan outlined how the vehicle could be paid for, offered him an extended warranty and came up with great solutions as to how it could all be done correctly and quickly. Thanks guys for a job well done and even though I can truthfully say I have never owned a Ford, if I at a later date deside to buy one this would be where I would go to for it and these would be the folks I would seek out to help with the purchase..
