He was kind, efficient, and to the point on everything I asked. He was the complete opposite of what I typically fear about getting a new car, the high pressure fast talkers that make you want to run for the door. Then there is the dreaded pressure of the "finance" guy, but Morgan Franklin was patient with my questions and a super kind man. So, if you fear the high-pressure attack of yesteryear, go to Laird Noller and ask for Gene and Morgan. This was by far the best car buying experience I've had! More

The purchasing process was fine, Rick Talley was helpful throughout the process. What happened after the sale was what impressed my wife and I. The day after I drove the car home, I noticed there was some very minor body damage to the front of the car. I contacted Rick, and in very short order he had arranged for the damage to be fixed through their body shop and gave us a car to use for the days it was out being repaired, all free of charge. Rick also made a point to come to my workplace to pick-up and drop off the car so it would not interrupt my work day. Rick Talley and Laird Noller definitely won us over by going above and beyond for customer service. My wife and I will be back when it is time to replace her car. Thanks for a great customer service experience! More

1st Internet Auto Buying Experience I'd have to say my purchase was as good as it gets. This was my first attempt at an internet vehicle sale and it went off without a hitch. I had a very specific list of requirements of what I wanted in a very limited production truck and I only found one other, in Ft. Dodge, IA that filled the bill. I couldn't get away for 3 days to look at the other one and it sold before I could look at it. I expanded my internet search to a 200 mile radius and your truck was the only one in that area. I really wasn't in a hurry to trade but every day I drove my F350 it came closer to the 100,000 mile mark. I had very good luck with the F350 and it should make someone a nice truck. I know with the 6.0L it's always suspect but if there is ever a problem it won't be because of lack of maintenance. I'm pretty anal about vehicle maintenance and everything on that truck was kept in 100% condition. Most everyone who sees my 2013 F150 thinks it is brand new and that's the way it will be maintained. I ordered mud flaps for it last night and will soon have WeatherTech floor liners in it to protect the carpet. Don't worry Jimmy, I'll give you an excellent review. You, the appraiser, paperwork man, service tech, everyone I had contact with at the dealership was professional and pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends to you guys. You guys understand what it means to provide great service. That's sadly lacking with most businesses these days. Thanks for the follow up. Unless the wheels fall off my 2013 F150 Lariat you won't hear a lot from me. I'm a satisfied customer. The drive from Iowa to Topeka was well worth the trip. Not the Truck I Thought I Ordered I ordered a 2015 F-250 extended cab. I did not get the features I thought I ordered. I wanted a power rear sliding window, power rear side windows( I I ordered a 2015 F-250 extended cab. I did not get the features I thought I ordered. I wanted a power rear sliding window, power rear side windows( I thought this came with all XLT's), keyless enty pad, and side steps. It was quickly brought to my attention that I signed the order agreement and I got what I ordered. Then the truck manager, Heath Cheatham, offered to have the power rear sliding window, side steps and keyless entry pad installed at cost. Don Davis called me a week later and and told everything was ready to install. I set up an appointment for the following week to have everything installed. Power Rear Sliding Window - After removing the factory rear window, the glass shop called and said the headliner would not allow the window to fit and the headliner would need to be cut back by an upholstery shop. I went to look at the truck and it was a manual sliding rear window, not power. I told them to put the regular window back in, I was not having my headliner cut. Side Steps - Installed and were very nice. Keyless Entry Pad - I was informed the day of the installations that Laird Noller did not have this part. I would be called when it came in. One day shy of 3 weeks of the other installations, I was called and informed it was in. I made an appointment for the next morning at 8:00am. Don Davis assured me of the time before I committed to the appointment and it would only take 1 to 1-1/2 hours. At 8:30am, I was informed they did not have my truck started yet and it would probably be awhile at this time, I was asked if I brought both keys, which I was never intructed to do and didn't have the second key. At 9:00am, I was informed they were ready to start on my truck. At 10:15am, I was informed they could not get the program to work and would have to call Ford Accessories to be walked through the programming. At 11:45am, I stopped by to drop the second key off and found they had finished the truck. More
