Gene Glass has hooked me up four times. He is my sales man. Down in a not shell. I bought TWO brand new Ford F150 in the last 7 months. 1st was a 2014 Ford F150 FX4 "Tremor" in March 2015. I did not intend to b Down in a not shell. I bought TWO brand new Ford F150 in the last 7 months. 1st was a 2014 Ford F150 FX4 "Tremor" in March 2015. I did not intend to buy. I was in for service with my 2006 Ford F150 that had the 5.4 "Tritian" 4x4. While waiting for my pickup to be done I got bored so I got up and saw a blue Tremor on the floor. I asked Pat the guy that makes the deals work about the pickup. I liked what I heard. So I went outside to the lot and as I was going down the line I saw the truck of my dreams. It was the same Tremor that was on the floor show but this one was black. Gene Glass saw me out on the line & was waiting for me at the door. I asked him if he could get the keys but he already had them. So I went for a drive. A few hours later It was mine. So 6 months later I took my 2014 in forces for 1st oil change. Got done went to pay & was in my truck to leave. Pat was outside heading back to the main building he saw me & came to me. We talked for a few minutes & he asked how I like my truck. Told him I loved it. He then asked what miles I had on it & told him just a bit over 3,100 miles. He said if he could get me into a newer truck (2015) would I do it. I told him it had to meet what was on my black Tremor. So to cut through on all what happen. Gene had me test drive a Blue Flame Crew Cab 4x4 XLT 3.5 Ecoboost just like on the black one. I feel in love with at the start. So a few hours later the guys got me to the 2015 & went home with it. My truck payment stayed the same, no money down. The new truck meets my needs more then the Black 2014 Tremor because the tremor wasn't a crew cab whereas my Blue Flame 2015 is. Set for life with Ford. Never ever go to any other auto company. More
2014 Fusion Purchase Gene Glass is by far the nicest person I have ever met. He waited patiently for months while I deliberated on what kind of vehicle I wanted to get. He has put together a great team and knows how to take care of customers. Was in the market for a truck and found what I was looking for on the lot. I worked with Gene Glass who was outstanding, a gentleman and knowledgable guy with help from Kevin Markley. They let me spend time with the truck, treated me well and ultimately made a deal that met my expectations all around. Service around the purchase was outstanding with Morgan Franklin and excellent follow up. A great buying experience, highly recommend Nollers and these gentlemen. Shopped all of the big Ford dealers in the KC area and the treatment was all the same, blah, blah, blah...nobody had the color in a 2016 Fusion we wanted and kept trying to sell us what they had on the lot. Made the call to Laird Noller and spoke with Patrick Ledford, he had the car, he BEAT ALL of the dealers in the KC area on price, so virtually made the deal on the phone, pending inspection. Upon arrival at the dealership the next day, Mr Ledford was there to greet me and was very pleasant and handed me off to Gene Glass to explain the features of the vehicle, same experience from Mr Glass, very nice, and took all the time we needed to explain how the tech features work, even pairing our cell phones to the car. We bought the car, and the meeting with finance with Morgan Franklin went like he had know me all my life. The only gilch was with the new computer system, as this was their first day for using it, so can't blame that on anyone. There was a small change on the paperwork I noticed two days later, so I thought, well, here we go as I had already signed.....not the case, spoke with Mr. Franklin by phone, and he took care of it to my satisfaction by next day air on their dime. It gets no better then this dealership. We have purchased a new vehicle, truck or car every 3 years for the last 40 years, my only mistake is I did not look out of the KC area earlier...first purchase here, but not my last More
A great experience Let me start by telling you we normally drive to Kansas City to buy a car, Our Topeka dealers usually are much higher and very high pressure and to be Let me start by telling you we normally drive to Kansas City to buy a car, Our Topeka dealers usually are much higher and very high pressure and to be honest not very trustworthy in my opinion. we found a truck on line we wanted to look at a dealership that we had major trouble with about 12 yrs ago, one of their mechanics stole our brand new windshield wipers and lied about what was wrong with our explorer when it was in for some work. So needless to say we didn't want to go back there. But we did and we met a salesman by the name of Bryan George. We told him what we were looking for and what price range and what we needed to get out of our car. He showed us a truck that we liked got our car evaluated put together a price for us right where we wanted to be and we were out much quicker than I thought poss. There were a few things we asked for with the sales like a bed liner and a minor scratch to be fixed, Bryan took care of all of the things and even went the xtra mile and gave me a very nice loaner car and when he picked up my truck he noticed a battery light on and had that fixed for us right then and that was 2wks after the sale. So yes I would recommend you see Bryan George at Laird Noller Ford in Topeka Ks. More

This time we were looking to purchase a much newer vehicle than previous. From the moment we walked in the door we quickly realized that the gentlemen that were there to assist us were not your ordinary salesmen, they were committed to us and to our buying experience. They made what seemed like a long saturday afternoon a smooth and comforting one instead. Pat Ledford had pulled a vehicle up to the door before we ever got there based off "our likes" from conversations over the phone with my husband and I. I had no idea I would be making a final decision by the end of the day. From the test drive to the signing of the paperwork we could not be more impressed with our new vehicle. I did not feel pressured at all during this time, instead I felt very imformed by each individual that approached us. Being a mother one of the biggest plus factors for me was that the staff there looked at my children and made them feel just as comfortable during our time there as they did with me and my husband. I have never had such a positive experience while buying a vehicle, and I am pretty certain I can speak for my husband as well, we have found the one and only dealership that we will continue to go back to. I found with that combination it is a win win!!!! After asking questions about what I was looking for he was straight forward and quick about availability of what was as close as possible of my wants/need/desires s in a vehicle! Actually, I met Evan in December when I saw a car I thought I HAD to have. I came really close to purchasing that vehicle from him in December. However determined it was not prudent for me at that time; and he never held that against me or prejudged my readiness to purchase this time in September. Again he displayed professionalism, readiness and helpfulness that got me a vehicle that has made me extremely happy actually giddy about a vehicle which I had not felt in so many years! Plus I would be remiss if I did not mention his GSM Glendon Wihelm, another great guy that helped endlessly on this quest to make another happy Laird Noller client! Glendon is their GSM and this man is totally hands on if your sales guy is busy on other endeavors; so with a great manager like Glendon you are NEVER left hanging. I like that kind of team work. Not your typical car buying experience! I have bought at least 15 new and used vehicles from dealers but this was by far the quickest and easiest one of them all! I found a used pickup onlin I have bought at least 15 new and used vehicles from dealers but this was by far the quickest and easiest one of them all! I found a used pickup online that was exactly what I was looking for, I then dealt with the Internet/phone lady through text messages while I was busy with my normal day. I then showed up after they offered to pay for my fuel if we couldn't come to a deal; when I pulled up the salesman knew who I was as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, he greeted me and then brought me inside to start the dealing process. "They supplied us our choice of beverages" The sales manager came out with the trade in value for my vehicle and the price for the new truck, I then told him the Internet lady told me they would drop the price $1300 from the asking and they would give me a significant amount more for my trade in. We hagled over another $1000 in my favor which I was more than happy with paying in the first place and then we were off to sign papers! It was very quick and painless for the car buying experience. They filled the truck up with fuel without even asking them to which I normally have them do as a bonus on my part, they also supplied delicious mochas while signig papers and also included a 6 month 6k mile warranty which I have never gotten on a used vehicle before. Overall this was hands down my favorite dealer and vehicle purchasing experience! Thanks to Laird Noller Ford I will come back in the future! More
Best experience I have had in my whole 82 years of life I had the great privilege to work with Gene Glass as my salesman. Going into this I was very nervous, as I am a 82 year old woman, and my husband had just passed away. Gene and Pat were very helpful and patient with me and my needs. Gene went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable riding away in my brand new Ford Escape! And Pat helped me a lot with getting my payments at a comfortable price for me. I also had a very nice gentleman named Morgan when I went to sign my life away! He explained everything nicely to me and even cracked a few jokes! I may not live to buy another car in the oncoming years, but if I do I will definitely be back, and will always use Gene. Thank you for a great experience to all 3 of you fine young men! More
