Nicol Revell was very thorough in her follow up, insuring all my questions were answered before I made the hour long drive from Shawnee, KS. Tracy Oliverius was my sales rep.- he did an excellent walk around of the vehicle pointing out all the features and benefits before our test drive. Afterwards Tracy and I spoke with his sales manager Aaaron Rowe who put my mind at ease, and helped me make my decision to purchase from Laird Noller. The Finance rep, Morgan Franklin was helpful going over all the options available to us and helping us select the best financing for our new F150.
