Gene Glass is Terrific! I am an annoying internet shopper and worse- a BMW buyer!! I found a pretty unique BMW online at at Laird Noller Ford and got in touch with them. I I am an annoying internet shopper and worse- a BMW buyer!! I found a pretty unique BMW online at at Laird Noller Ford and got in touch with them. I live 300+ miles away from them, so I needed to know a lot of information before I could make an offer on the car. From the first minute, the entire team was great to work with. Gene Glass was the salesperson who traded the BMW in and he sent me videos of the car and all the records I asked for. We agreed on terms and Gene handled everything for the sale over text message! I flew in to Topeka from St. Louis because I needed to see the car before I bought it (I’ve had vehicles delivered- it is not good, trust me!) . I arrived an hour earlier than planned, so I had to drive with Gene to pick the car up- he had noticed a couple tiny dents in the hood after it was detailed and Laird Noller paid to have them removed before I even got there!! In all honesty, the chances of me finding the next obscure car I buy at Laird Noller are pretty slim, but I had an awesome experience with everyone there and you should definitely go see Gene Glass if you want to buy a car! The first time they said it was a mechanical defect with the 4x4 system, another time was something with another mechanical piece. The third time, they found it was only a loose harness. That time it was fixed for a few months. It came back so I scheduled it (in advance) to be re-fixed along with getting an oil change. I took time off of work to give up my truck for the day and when I called at nearly 5pm, they hadn't even looked at my car yet! I first off, had an appointment. Second, this is the 4th visit for the same issue. I've purchased four vehicles from them but never again! When I politely discussed my concern with the service advisor, he said they were backed up and then hung up on me. More

Every thing from trying to make the deal, financing, to botched up paperwork was just one big rushed mess. Then when we went to pick up the truck, it was supposed to be detailed they threw the floor mats in and that was it. Wasn't even washed. My wife and I just felt like a number so the dealership could make there quota for the month. Kinda leaves a bad taste in your mouth when it comes to buying a new Ford from this dealership. More

I took the car into them twice during the two years that I had them and asked them to check the transmission. The assured me everything was fine. I ended up taking the car to a transmission specialist. They told me the vehicle was leaking transmission fluid. He also told me it was likely to be a problem since I bought the vehicle.
