Broken down near Tooeka. My truck died just east of Topeka and the tkw truck took us to LN Ford. Kt was after hours, so it didn't get looked at until the next AM but was dia My truck died just east of Topeka and the tkw truck took us to LN Ford. Kt was after hours, so it didn't get looked at until the next AM but was diagnosed (alternator) and repaired within two hours. They even came and picked us up at our hotel when it was finished. Tire & Lugnut Nightmare Was told at prior appointment that since my tires had lasted little over 1/2 of their “guaranteed” mileage a new set would be pro-rated at 50%. Next a Was told at prior appointment that since my tires had lasted little over 1/2 of their “guaranteed” mileage a new set would be pro-rated at 50%. Next appointment they called and said there was no pro-rating and offered terrible discounts on their over priced tires. In addition the Ford lug nuts were bad (how that’s possible is mind boggling) so it was $200+ for new lug nuts. Those were done by a different shop since the advisor didn’t make it clear how terrible the lugnuts were. No plan to ever go back to this service center or dealer. More
