Very disappointed Was very disappointed that they couldn’t address the problem in the first visit, had to go back to get it diagnosed a second time because the fix ap Was very disappointed that they couldn’t address the problem in the first visit, had to go back to get it diagnosed a second time because the fix applied was totally ineffective. They didn’t even check to see if it worked. When I tried to ask some questions I was addressed with an attitude that I felt was condescending and arrogant. The problem did get resolved after the third trip, a lot of miles involved on our part. I have been dealing with customer service reps and mechanics for over 40 years as a part of my business, never have been treated with an attitude like that. Ever. More
Routine The Works (oil change and more) I dropped off my car for her routine oil change . They had my car for four hours plenty if time for a thorough job. A couple if days after the oil change I went to use my wipers to clean my windshield, and both the front and back wipers fluid was it. They were never filled (I had not refilled when empty due to my upcoming service), which was supposed to be included with my service. I contact Laird Noller Ford questioning the service, as the receipt reflected the fluids were all filled. I'm cautious , wondering if the rest if the boxes were just checked and if all included service was actually done. I have bought and serviced all my vehicles with Laird Noller and paid 54.00 for my service. More
