Good service and a long wait I just had the oil changed and fluids topped off and it took 2 hours and 20 minutes with an appointment. We purchased our last vehicle from Laird Noller Ford and were very pleased with it, the buying process and customer seevice. We also knew Dean “the ogre” Garcia and felt that he would treat us right. While going to the dealership we discovered Dean was home ill that day. He called ahead to the dealership and arranged for a salesman to take care of us. Called us back to let us know which salesman would see us and where he was located. The other salesman then called us to introduce himself to us before we even arrived. That’s good customer service! We purchased a Ford Edge that day and were very pleased with our experience! More
