The low beam head lights were miss aleigned. I purchased the used 2018 Escape on 8-11-18 from Laird Noller. The low beam head lights were miss aligned, left was fine the right was low. On 1-2-19 I purchased the used 2018 Escape on 8-11-18 from Laird Noller. The low beam head lights were miss aligned, left was fine the right was low. On 1-2-19 @9AM I took the car in to have the right head light adjusted. Someone came and got me in the lobby of the dealership and said it was ready. The next morning my wife went to pick up our grandson in the morning before daylight. She told me several cars flashed their high beam head lights for her to lower hers. They always were on low. I drove and we took him home in the evening after dark and several cars flashed their high beam head lights at me. They always were on low beam. On 1-4-19 I took the car back and was told that Roland Stallbaumer was the service advisor that I had delt with on the 2nd. He said there were 2 mechanics that were trained to adjust headlights. I said to take it to the other mechanic that hadn't worked on it before. Roland said he stayed with the car during service and said they lowered both headlights 3" which helped. I was in just after I purchased the car to see how to adjust the head lights. 2 service advisors looked at it but didn't know how to do it. I assumed they would ask the service tech that is trained how it's done. But they told me to go Google it. Roland told me how it was done. Roland gave me a glimmer of hope after the car was misrepresented to me when I purchased the car. More

Great service! I took my car in for its first oil change and it was FREE, plus they put in place a plastic underbody piece that fell down from underneath my 2013 For I took my car in for its first oil change and it was FREE, plus they put in place a plastic underbody piece that fell down from underneath my 2013 Ford Fusion SE that I bought there. It was dragging because a few screws came off somehow. Now it’s fixed! I brought the car in over my lunch break for its appointment, they dropped me off at work in their courtesy vehicle, then picked me up after work so I could get my vehicle, all for free. Made my day. He let me know as soon as they found out the problem my 2013 Ford Fusion. He made arrangements for me to have a loaner for the duration of the repair. He also took the initiative to order the recall part that I had totally forgotten about. Steve also went above and beyond by working with the extended warranty folks to get me my refund on the tow truck. Warranty work on CPU Laird Noller took care of the problem with the CPU and offered me a loaner vehicle while the car was in the shop.
