Jimmy and the finance manager stayed after hours to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was able to drive the vehicle home that night. They treated me and my wife very fair and gave us a correct price on our new 50th anniversary Mustang. Most dealerships were creating a thing called "Adjusted Market Value" in order to price gouge their customers. Laird Noller did not! They sold the vehicle at the FORD RECOMMENDED price. I will never forget these people and they are now the first place I recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. Even though they are 240 miles from Tulsa, they were worth the drive! They even said they could have done a courtesy delivery to Tulsa but I wanted to drive it so I drove the 240 miles, picked it up, and drove it back. These guys are a true gem of a dealership and I will always recommend them. Good Job guys. I talked to a few dozen other places and Laird Noller was one of two that were willing to sell at MSRP. The other dealership would only sell one locally and I didn't live in their area. More

I communicated With Gene Glass and he gave me the perfect buying experience in a very difficult week. When I got out of classes on Friday, I drove to Topeka to sign the paperwork and pick up my new car. The car was perfect. The process was very simple. He was knowledgeable, friendly and sincerely welcoming. He even took the time to help me set up my cell phone book and sync the phone. In November 2014, a deer killed my Feista. Based on my previous experience, I went back to Laird Noller and asked to speak with Mr. Jackson. He wasn't there but another salesman called him and even though he had the afternoon off, Mr. Jackson returned to help me select a replacement for my Fiesta. He took the time to help with syncing my phone, demonstrating the features and taking me to test drive the car. When I'd walked into the dealership, another salesman had approached me. We were looking at the 50th Anniversary Mustang. As I turned to ask for Mr. Jackson another man walked up and interrupted to ask the salesman about the Mustang. Without saying another word to me the salesman walked off, leaving me just standing there! Normally I'd have walked out at that point but because Mr. Jackson had been so exemplary with my previous purchase, I decided to stay and ask for him. I'm really glad I did. More

He was the complete opposite of what I typically fear about getting a new car, the high pressure fast talkers that make you want to run for the door. Then there is the dreaded pressure of the "finance" guy, but Morgan Franklin was patient with my questions and a super kind man. So, if you fear the high-pressure attack of yesteryear, go to Laird Noller and ask for Gene and Morgan. This was by far the best car buying experience I've had! More

The purchasing process was fine, Rick Talley was helpful throughout the process. What happened after the sale was what impressed my wife and I. The day after I drove the car home, I noticed there was some very minor body damage to the front of the car. I contacted Rick, and in very short order he had arranged for the damage to be fixed through their body shop and gave us a car to use for the days it was out being repaired, all free of charge. Rick also made a point to come to my workplace to pick-up and drop off the car so it would not interrupt my work day. Rick Talley and Laird Noller definitely won us over by going above and beyond for customer service. My wife and I will be back when it is time to replace her car.
