Purchased a vehicle there and they sent me the wrong title and have made little to no effort to give me the correct title. My temporary tags expired and they refused to extend them or give me another te title and have made little to no effort to give me the correct title. Who ever inspected my vehicle checked all the boxes as ok. The tire pressure light has been on since the cold weather, 2-3 weeks. It has to manually be turned off. We have purchased at least 15 vehicles from Laird Noller the last 40 years and the staff and service is always top notch it seems loyalty doesn’t count when it comes to getting the the amount your trade in the last 40 years and the staff and service is always top notch it seems loyalty doesn’t count when it comes to getting the the amount your trade in is actually worth IE: Don’t tell me what you can buy my car at auction for I don’t trade in auction cars my cars are always well kept Ford serviced cars.
