Just writing to complain about the terrible customer service we have gotten from this dealership! We purchased a supposedly new 2024 pickup mind you it had over 1600 miles on it but saying it was new service we have gotten from this dealership! We purchased a supposedly new 2024 pickup mind you it had over 1600 miles on it but saying it was new was a lie. First off we purchased it in Jan 2025 . We live 2 1/2 hours from Topeka and when we came to pick it up they had it parked in front all clean but it was parked so close to other vehicles I had to squeeze to get in the pickup and it was dark from being a cloudy day and under a canapy. My husband told them to inspect to make sure no scratches or dents were on the pickup. After doing all the paperwork we drove back home and when we got home I had a better look. There were scratches on the drivers door. And the latch on the tailgate had scratches. Mind you this was sold as a new inventory truck. Not used. My husband called them and spoke to the salesman who sold us the pickup and he told us next time we are out that way they would repair it. Well since then the salesman is no longer employed there. My husband also could never roll down the passenger window from the get go. So he thought he would also have them look at it. We took pictures of it and sent it to him and we still have the pictures with the date Jan 2025. Well a few months ago we were going to Kansas City and decided to take the pickup to have them repair it. We called them and they said it needed to be done in 6 months. They did not inform us that. Upset about it we decided to go to our Ford dealer in our town (which by the way we wanted to purchase a pickup from them but they couldn’t get what we wanted) my husband showed them the scratches on the door and they said the dealer we got it from needs to repair it. They did fix the window not opening and found crushed glass under the button you push. They cleaned it and it works now but was wondering how glass was under the button in the first place. The mechanic said the driver window might of been broken at one time and thus the glass pieces. A few months later I was cleaning inside and found broken glass under the seat. So yes there was a driver window that broke and repaired without us knowing about it! Which makes sense how the scratches were on the door. This is not how a dealer sells a new vehicle by hiding things that happened without the purchaser knowing about it. We do not recommend this dealership to be in good faith to its customers! Bought my ford escape from laird Noller ford in Topeka in July 2025 and since can’t get any of the issues resolved due to no one will call me back. I’ve called there 5 times and get sent to voicemail every t July 2025 and since can’t get any of the issues resolved due to no one will call me back. There was a $208 mistake made when we bought the car of my pay off value made by the sales department well guess who got to pay for it…me. My brakes didn’t sound right from the start so I took it back and was reassured that the shop ran diagnostics on it and everything was fine. They squeal when I use them. Now there’s another thing I will have to pay for. The car was to be detailed and have some light marks buffed out of the hood after I bought it and it had to be taken to the dealership twice to get it done right. It didn’t make things any easier considering that I live over a hour away. When my car was first purchased we went through several people just to get the car. I should’ve known better. I will never…I mean never by a car from them again. More

Could not have had better experience with buying a car living 1000 miles away. Paris, my sales representative was outstanding. She made the buying process very easy.
