Love my new to me 2015 Grand Cherokee!! Lahtis is the place to go and Jake Newcomb is the guy to go to!! I owned an ‘11 grand Cherokee Laredo. Needed lots of repairs. Asked about a trade in Lahtis is the place to go and Jake Newcomb is the guy to go to!! I owned an ‘11 grand Cherokee Laredo. Needed lots of repairs. Asked about a trade in value on the day I was going to have everything repaired. Came back with a great deal. Asked what was available. And bought a used ‘15 grand Cherokee Limited. LOADED!! Pleased with my experience with the Service Department Scheduled my Jeep Grand Cherokee with the service department to get OEM mudflaps installed. Service department quoted me for the parts and an hour worth of labor charge. Made sense seeing I've had this service done by several other dealerships before for similar vehicles. At any rate, to compare, I checked another Jeep dealership and it came out to the same thing but chose Lahti's because they have been good to my family before and it was a lot closer to my home. I was pleased with the results of the work and my Jeep was back to me within a very short time. Just wanted to take a moment to thank Lahti's Jeep for working with me to come to a decent price for the excellent work they performed. More

Support and Service after sale outstanding We bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee in December. Last month right after the warranty ran out, and coincidently as I had scheduled in the first oil c We bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee in December. Last month right after the warranty ran out, and coincidently as I had scheduled in the first oil change, the Jeep began leaking oil (oil pan needed replacement) and it was getting louder/needed a new exhaust. Ron Booth and Dianne Lozeau made sure we were taken care of at not cost to us. Thank you very much for the support both during and after sale. It has been a pleasure knowing they take care of the customer at Lahti's. More
