At Lahti's, it is always a professional yet casual approach, one without pressure. They have been in business at the same location for years, and that speaks to their positive track record. My sales associate, Fred Perla, is an excellent Jeep resource and is a great representation of all that is great at Lahti's. I have worked with Fred on multiple deals and he is always honest and top notch. I am thrilled with the deal I just made on my loaded 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I can tell you that everyone at the dealership from sales, office staff, to service, is friendly and will help in any way they can. Personality and product knowledge were the best I've seen. No pressure,just a fine explanation of what you get for your money. We bought the new Cherokee and couldn't be more pleased. gas mileage is exceptional.26 highway on a 4 wd. Dianne needs to be commended for everything she does for Lahtis and her clientele. I visited this dealership onNovember 8 2013. I had a really great experience they gave a great price for my trade (which rarely never happens) and I got a great deal on my Jeep.
