I can honestly say that I'm a very indecisive and at times difficult to please. That being said, Dianne made it so nice to work with. She was so nice to even go over everything I still didn't understand about transitioning from a small car, to a larger four wheel drive SUV. They truly do want what's best for you, your goals and budget. I have never been happy with any dealership, but I am beyond happy with lahti's. They have definately just gained two lifelong customers. Happy ones too. More
