When I walked into the dealership I was met by a warm and friendly smile and an a firm handshake from Diane and it was a great adventure from there. I went to Lahti's on the recommendation of a family member. I was looking to replace my 2003 GMC Yukon XL, but wanted something a bit smaller. I had planned on getting a used Yukon or Tahoe, but deci member. I was looking to replace my 2003 GMC Yukon XL, but wanted something a bit smaller. I had planned on getting a used Yukon or Tahoe, but decided to take a look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee anyway. Fred Perla was just terrific, He listened to what I was interested in and brought out two used Grand Cherokees that fit the bill. He had me test drive both of them, as one was a V8 and the other a V6. There was lots of information provided, the test drives were at least 20 minutes each, and he answered every question I had. I fell in love with the V8 Grand Cherokee Limited. Fred made everything very easy, from the purchase to the financing to the trade-in to registration, inspection and delivery. I had been very happy with my previous GMC dealer, which was part of the reason I was initially hesitant to go to another brand; however, I feel as comfortable with the staff I've met so far at Lahti's as I did with my GMC dealer, which was another big selling point on the Jeep. At Lahti's, it is always a professional yet casual approach, one without pressure. They have been in business at the same location for years, and that speaks to their positive track record. My sales associate, Fred Perla, is an excellent Jeep resource and is a great representation of all that is great at Lahti's. I have worked with Fred on multiple deals and he is always honest and top notch. I am thrilled with the deal I just made on my loaded 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I can tell you that everyone at the dealership from sales, office staff, to service, is friendly and will help in any way they can. We bought the new Cherokee and couldn't be more pleased. gas mileage is exceptional.26 highway on a 4 wd. Dianne needs to be commended for everything she does for Lahtis and her clientele.
