Mr. Clune came to me asking if I needed any assistance and I told him what exactly I was looking for. Right there immediately he explained all the technology the vehicle contained, which was "the Premium Package" and he exactly knew what he was talking about. Above and beyond! Shant had to go above and beyond his normal duties for me because I am a bi-lateral, below knee amputee.
