I had a mixed experience with this dealership. I am giving a reluctant "yes" on the recommendation. If they fix some (simple) problems, I think it would be a better experience for someone coming in to giving a reluctant "yes" on the recommendation. I made an appointment with Mike to see the car, they didn’t prepare the car for me, the battery was dead and they couldn’t even open the doors. they asked me to come on the next day. Absolutely a nightmare to deal with. We negotiated a contract to lease and then 3 months later they try to submit a new contract with fraudulent terms & signatures. We have all documents in hand, so hopefully their GM will step up and fire their staff for committing fraud and contact us to correct this discrepancy ASAP to avoid further legal problems. I emailed and called the dealership to confirm that the used car I was interested in was still available at the price advertised. I went to the dealership with my wife to test the drive the car and was rea used car I was interested in was still available at the price advertised. I went to the dealership with my wife to test the drive the car and was ready to buy it. The car seemed as advertised except the low tire pressure light was on. When the sales manager in charge of the dealership put the paperwork together, he listed the car price at $2500 more than what was advertised online. When I pointed out this discrepancy, the sales manager made a big deal about it, but went back to his office and corrected the paperwork to reflect the online advertisement. However, the car was still overpriced, and so I politely inquired about a $490 price reduction. The sales manager took the paperwork, crumpled it up and through it in the trash can. I've never experienced anything like that in my life. The entire ordeal was unprofessional. My wife and I got up and left the dealership. I understand that times are tough right now and that the used car sales manager's life probably didn't turn out how he envisioned it. I wish him the best. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you want to waste a few hours of your life. More
