Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We do apologize for not having your vehicle washed before you arrived to pick it up. As previously discussed, you were advised there was no further adjustments able to be made on your alignment. We contacted Hyundai Technical Assistance whom recommended replacing the control arms as a possible fix, however, you had declined. The alignment is off by 1/8 of an inch. As suggested by Tacy, we can monitor the wear of your tires during your regular scheduled maintenance. We have refunded you the full amount of the full alignment since it did not correct your issue. At this time we recommended you seek a second opinion at a body shop.
