I order an oil cooler hose & the kid tells me it'll take 3 days to get it. 5days later the wrong part comes in and they will mail me a check to refund my money because I paid in cash. There must it'll take 3 days to get it. 5days later the wrong part comes in and they will mail me a check to refund my money because I paid in cash. There must be a reason why there parts department is smaller than my bedroom! More

We have oil sludge problem with our 2004 VW Passat. It broke down near Mike Raisor Imports so we thought it was best to take there. They claimed that repaired the oil sludge problem. My wife paid for the broke down near Mike Raisor Imports so we thought it was best to take there. They claimed that repaired the oil sludge problem. My wife paid for the repairs and drove away. A 1 1/2 hour after driving the vehicle check engine light came on. Too far return to Mike Raisor so had the engine check and it was discovered to need deep engine damage costing thousands of dollars to repair. Mike Raisor denied as a refund of the repairs that were not needed because there was more severe damaged then oil sludge problem. Still fighting with them to get a refund. More

I was My car GTI, and has less than 5000 miles on it. One day, my radio gone, so i took it to Mike Raisor. They fixed the problem by replace a fuse. I was happy about it. After several weeks later, they called me, and said the radio work is not covered by warranty, so they charged me about $30, while a fuse cost less than 30 cents!! Other problem that i had was brake pads. The brake pad almost gone when i ran about 3000 miles. I checked warranty booklet, and it said if there are un-normal brake pad wear out according to mileage, it is covered by warranty. So i told them and asked to fix it. When i get Mike Raisor to pick my car, they said it is normal. Instead replacing brake pads, they cleaned the brake pad and charge me $20. If you know, cleaning brake pad cost you nothing. More
